The individual, who is responsible for monitoring the quality of our services and compliance with the laws and regulatory rules applying to us in each country, will investigate the matter fully, respond to you in detail and, where it considers the complaint reasonable, endeavor to ensure that necessary actions are taken to resolve your complaint.
If your complaint remains unresolved following the review and response, you have the right to forward your complaint to the Local Insurance Regulatory Authority.

Making a complaint against us is in addition to and does not replace your right to seek legal redress against us.
